At Kponzu, we want you to love your order—but if something’s not quite right, we offer a 10-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • A proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation) is required

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damages or Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away.
Email us with photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.


💸 Refund Process

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved or declined.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Keep in mind that banks or credit card providers may take a bit longer to post the funds
